In October the slump attacked. No reviews, very little books. I am officially burnt out. I want to blog yet I have nothing.
I can feel a change coming though and I will be detailing that change in a post very soon and it's all thanks to a book. So hopefully we will see some reviews this coming month because the pile is getting very large and I do want to review them all.
My Favourite book for the month would have to be: Lucifer's Daughter by Eve Langlais (that was really hard this month, shout out's go to the Laurell K Hamilton books)

Summary: When absent-minded Professor Random misplaces the main character from Alice in Wonderland, young Henry Witherspoon must book-jump to fetch Alice before chaos theory kicks in and the world vanishes. Along the way he meets Winnie Flapjack, a wit-cracking doodle witch with nothing to her name but a magic feather and a plan. Such as it is. Henry and Winnie brave the Dark Queen, whatwolves, pirates, Struths, and fluttersmoths, Priscilla and Charybdis, obnoxiously cheerful vampires, Baron Samedi, a nine-dimensional cat, and one perpetually inebriated Muse to rescue Alice and save the world by tea time.
The deadline for the competition is Tuesday 2nd of NovemberEST (that will be Noon Wednesday for the Aussies!) and there is some oportunities for extra entries (yeay!) including spreading the word through twitter and making a blog post!

I'm always up for anything anyone feels like sending me, the only genres I don't like is anything to do with the Wars (WWI, WWII, Vietnam), Hard-core Sci-Fi, and Non-Fiction (Memoires I will consider).
